Rob checked me in not Roberto. He failed to clarify to the tech the issue with the center console. I said very clearly the latch wouldn’t close properly. He put in apparently “it wouldn’t open”. The result - the issue was not fixed as the tech could open the console. BUT - he didn’t do his job either because he said the center console was working fine, but in order to close it, you have to push the button to get it to lockdown. ALSO - I was having problems with the windshield wipers auto function not working part of the time. Car is sent back with a text saying it’s functioning properly. When water was sprayed on the windshield before I left, the wipers would not activate at all. Also - PDR guy was not working on the 26th so now I have to return the car to have all of these elements redone. Frustrating.

Dropped off my car for service ended up with no option for loaner when I had scheduled my appointment and requested a loaner. I did get a loaner it was dirty and smelled gross. Beyond disappointed and commented that didn’t seem to be the Lexus standard. Had to wait til next day for my vehicle. When I picked it up the next day tire was flat. I didn’t drop it off with any flat tire or any warning of tire pressure low. Had to wait for it to be patched up. Then the sensor won’t go off I had to call service dept over the weekend to ask if I can take it back in so they can repair the sensor light. Then when I left Lexusto go home I got a call back that a service guy left a key from someone else’s vehicle in my car. I was not going to drive back to Lexus as I live in Peyton and had already cut 2 hrs from work to deal with a simple pick up that ended up more than expected. Someone did come out to my home to pick up the key.
