I dropped my car off on December 3 and picked it up on December 26. During that time, I received very little communication. While I understand that parts may have been delayed, it’s not acceptable that my requests for a status update went unanswered. When I actually spoke with someone, they could not provide an update even after having me on hold for 16min. In addition, I’m still experiencing issues that do not appear to have been fully addressed. It's the holiday season and am out of town so I have not returned to the service center. Overall, this was a disappointing service experience.
