Only bad thing was the cost of part and labor (not Toyotas fault). We were pleased with whole process.

Accounts receivable women gave me a hard time because she had difficulty running my card. The card was blocked. I never heard that before. I had to call the bank they said there is no issue. She ran it again and it worked find. Everyone else first rate.
