Everything went smoothly. I waited on my car while it was worked on. I had coffee and a donut. I was updated once by text and once by a serviceman. I was told my recall could take 2 hours and if I wanted to go someplace they would give me a ride.When my car was completed they washed the outside and swept the inside. He explained what was done and what I owed. Was I happy with the. service? Absolutely! Thank you !!!!!!

2nd time there was issue with your service department.
They didn’t even address the 2 questions I had about the dash display and after 2 hours of waiting was told id have to take my key for the fob else to be cut . Charged me the same price I was quoted and did not finish. Thought I’d give your business an another chance after the first issue but I didn’t. So I wasted over 2 hours and didn’t even get the complete service I came in for. Not to mention how Jamie drove my vehicle back into the garage. Review your video. I didn’t think she was going to stop!!!! She also said the key for the fob was 25.00 then when I said just get and I will leave the price went up to 36.00 Will never recommend your garage. I promise I will leave a review on social media.
My original appointment time was scheduled for 1:00 when I came in at 10 I asked if they could get it in earlier if not I’d keep the 1:00 Alan said sure we can get in. Waste of my time and day and did not even get my service that came in for completed !!!????????????

At this time I am happy with the work that was performed today. I was very very pleased with the service advisor. He kept me up to date on the work.
The reason I wasn’t 100% satisfied with my visit was that I had an 8am appointment and i never got my car back until almost noon. I asked for an early appointment so I could get in and out and that sure didn’t happen. Thank you.

After the service they forgot to reset the alarm on my screen saying service is needed. Also they did not update the sticker giving me the next mileage point for service. Lastly my Toyota ap suddenly can no longer access the car.
