There was a mix up with my car, and I know stuff happens. Our appt was at 1 for tire rotation. We never left there until almost 3:30. They gave me wrong keys and then didn't know where my car was. I thought I would be offered something free, but we just got an apology.oh well

They seemed rude when I first came in. Sort of like standoffish. Like that's their territory and I don't belong, that type of thing. Then when it came time to pick up the vehicle, it's like they were in a hurry to push me out. I know in today's society that's the normal but, I'm not impressed.
