Matt was great with his help so no issues with him but the actual replacement of battery tech service and tire rotation took more than 4 hours and in the process my computer module was turned off requiring another trip next day to the dealership. Matt Horner did a great job though contacting Toyota and trying to help me find a solution to the issue.

No need to follow up. I went to my scheduled appointment today at 11am and was there at 1050, which I had to take the day off work as I work in Altoona. He said that there was a recall on my vehicle and it would take too long to rotate my tires, change my oil and do the recall because it would lead into the mechanics lunch break. I said I do not live around here and he said we needed to reschedule. There was another female coworker and asked where I live and said it was over an hour away the other way. She said can’t you squeeze her in so she doesn’t have to come back. This was not my problem and should not need to come back. He was also questioning my oil change because my warranty was over in August 2025 and told him that it was a certified Toyota. I do not think I need to explain everything about the vehicle since I purchased it from Laurel. It has been a very bad experience form purchasing this vehicle to getting it serviced.

I was told it would take one hour for the repair, but I waited 1 1/2 hours. I understand that sometimes repairs take longer for a variety of reasons and it can’t be helped. So although I understand I couldn’t mark that I was completely satisfied. Everything else was completely satisfactory!
