Was told appointment would take 2-2 1/2 hours and It took 4 hours. I was waiting but my husband finally had to come switch places and cars with me so I could go to work. Also, car had alignment but the print out I got said everything was aligned except for the right wheel. Not sure why that wasn’t corrected.

My treatment and the service this time around was absolutely fabulous. I was kept appraised of everything that was going on. I even got a video of what they had done to fix my vehicle.water that brush too. Roberto was caring and make sure that I was happy with the end result of my service. He was very understanding. This is the second field goal that I have bought from this dealership and if I have to buy another one, I will again buy it from this dealership, I have had nothing but wonderful service and lots of kindness making sure I understand before they let me go, so yes, it was a wonderful experience

Billy provided grade A customer service and was very thorough with helping me understand the services that were needed for my vehicle. The warm greeting when I arrived set the tone and made me feel valued as a customer. The scheduled maintenance was extensive and the loaner vehicle was much appreciated. I wasn’t just given the keys and sent on my way but he gave a brief tutorial of how to operate the newer features so that I was comfortable. Billy has definitely set the standard for quality customer care that the entire service department could benefit and add as a best practice. Billy is a total asset to Lexus of Colorado Springs.
