Made am appointment a week earlier to put our winter tires on and oil change. Brought our car in at 8am which was the appointment time. It was promised to be done at noon. When we arrived ate noon, we were told the car was not ready yet. It would be a 45 minute wait. We were told they had to go get the tires. Why didn't they get the tires before we got there as the appointment was to put on the winter tires which were stored by Lexus
Instead of a 45 minute wait, it turned into a two hour wait. They did compensate the oil change which is appreciated.
