I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday morning at 7:11am and picked up a loaner vehicle. By that afternoon, I received a prompt report regarding completion of the inspection and a recommended water pump replacement (which I approved); the work, I was told, would likely be completed by end-of-day Wednesday. That time came and went with no updates or communication. I called and left a message to request an update. Thursday came and went with no update…I called several times but could only get voicemail and elected to not leave another message with my initial voicemail awaiting a response. Friday proved to be equally difficult to get someone, but when I left a message Eirik called back to check in. He apologized for the lag in communication and provided a detailed update and said the car should be ready for pick up by 4pm Friday…but due to schedules, I had to come in on Sat to pick up the vehicle.
I am thankful for the loaner vehicle and Eirik’s follow-up. Everything worked out; however, it would have been helpful for Phil and his team to have followed up on a daily basis with a text update to provide expected or anticipated completion of work…especially since the original completion date was end-of-day Wed.

Billy has a pleasant demeanor and has been great to work with, especially in terms of an issue that has yet to be resolved. He is kind and patient and is willing to go the extra mile. This issue has been present since purchasing the vehicle new and likely needs further diagnostics. But overall Billy has communicated well and intends on continuing to communicate about the issue.
