The service dept made a mistake and caused my car to malfuntion but they were excellent about taking respondibiity and fixed it . I picked it up yesterday and so far it seems fine . I was treated very nice during this whole process by they were excellent entire service team.

I don't usually respond to request for feedback unless it's extremely favorable or unfavorable. In this instance, it is extremely favorable. Roberto went out of his way so many times for us during this experience. He went out of his way to contact another Lexus dealership to get information on a Carfax Report. It took several days and several attempts by Roberto to get them to reply. Had not done this it would've resulted in unneeded expenses and ultimately a new motor. We are extremely happy with not only Roberto, but the Lexus of Colorado Springs dealership in general, including the service manager.

I waited 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. No tire rotation, no wash, no vacuum. Then I discovered my car sat ready for 30 minutes and the lady never notified me. Afterwards during checkout, the customer service rep took another 10 minutes to correct a ticket issue. Not acceptable as I had to miss an important meeting due to what I perceive as negligence.
