Nicholas was outstanding. He walked me through what was happening and did everything he promised. It was an excellent customer experience.
I want to mention that the two ladies at the cashier desk were great as well. I was a little confused about the new online changes and they were very patient with me.

I have not received any info on the $300 Toyota maintenance package plan.
But more important at the moment, the check engine light and the low traction light are both on....again. This is what I brought my car in for service for, on June 18. Less than 3 weeks ago.
I looked for an appt and the o my one available is July 16! That's 9 days from now.

Aaron was good. However, who ever serviced my truck left my seat and steering wheel to their seating, gave me oily hand marks on the hood, side of my truck, and two spots on my dash. In addition, a chewed fingernail was on my inside door handle ledge. I saved the pictures
