I was bring my 2021 Toyota tundra TRD PRO in today for recalibrating the tire but your tech forgot to put back my tire valve stem cap on all 4 tire those tire valve cap was TRD stainless steel cap custom made, that makes me a little sad that’s all

Was not kept up to date on the status of my vehicle! In previous visits the advisor would come to me to let me know what was going on or what was needed for my car! I had to go see the service advisor several times to find out information! Only time he came to me was when my car was done

I wasn't keep advised about my vehicle. I made the appt to also look at why my tire pressure light won't shut off. I talked to a gentleman at Carlson when I made the appt and asked if this could be done when my oil and tire rotation was done and I was told yes. When I got my car it was not looked at cuz that isn't the job of where my oil and tires were done. Now I have to come back. I asked the man checking me out what services my car needed. He could not tell me and never did. I asked for a print out of what was needed and that couldn't be done either. Finally Brandon in the lobby area assisted me and let me know what my car needs in the future.
