When making the appointment, I was verbally told the oil change would cost approximately $75. This was confirmed by the advertisement on the Cashier’s counter when paying for the service. However, the bill was more than $140 for the oil change. I feel very misled.

When I made my appointment I asked that the auto start stop switch be shut off. Permanently
Because my car was having a hard time starting. My wife was told that it couldn't be shut off. Because it was a safety issue which it's not.
