Both my husband and I have talked with multiple representatives, including Scott reguarding this visit (and previous visits). I came in to have my flow shut off valve coolant warranty repaired and my airbag recall repaired at the same time. However, I was told that the airbag was taken care of on my 5/15 visit, which I was not told. I was also told it WAS NOT repaired when I asked on 5/15. I would have had the warrant work completed much sooner but didn’t want to be without a car 2 separate days and was told the airbag repair was scheduling out much further. I was not called on 5/15 as requested. Also on 6/4 I was not returned a call until3p after multiple phone calls and my car being dropped off the night prior (appt at 7:45am). The communication most appointments since I’ve started being seen last summer has been atrocious at this location.

My initial visit to Toyota was met with Nick, a service rep that was both a non caring attitude and unexceptionable comments. After making the appoint I left but decided to return and speak with the head service manager. He listened and agreed with my feelings and did good by me. Parts and service were covered and Brandon, my new service rep, was outstanding and very professional. I will continue to do my business with Carlson Toyota.

On the ride home I had the check engine light come on with a message to contact the dealership, but that's why I brought it in to begin with. Scott was helpful and offered to look at the car again hut when I called they wanted me to setup another appointment. I didn't pay for my car to immediately need service again and then have to pay more money. I am bringing it in tomorrow, Saturday, to hopefully get this squared away.

My vehicle was there for over 10 days and nothing was fixed. I was told they contacted my insurance provider,CNA, but they denied coverage which is completely unacceptable. I bought the policy through Toyota and feel I am being ripped off by both parties. Adding a quart of oil every week is not an acceptable solution for a vehicle that has never had issues until a few months ago.

Ok so all of the service guys are fantastic, like amazing and above and beyond, huge thank you!! The area of opportunity was around the dang coupons…???? We had my husbands truck in on Wednesday, and had a 1900 dollar bill that the desk wouldn’t let us use, and then today, we had the 4 Runner in and again, this time presented the oil change coupon multiple times, and it still wasn’t applied. The end of the world, no, but we’ve legit had every single service (ever) for 12 years done through y’all and your girl just wanted her $150 of savings. The chocolates are a. Ice touch though.
