While everyone was courteous and friendly, I was disappointed that I had made an appointment and was told it would take 1 hour. When I arrived I was told that it would be 1-1.5 hours. I now live an hour away from Carlson Toyota, which is where I purchased my vehicles and maintenance plans. I am on a tight schedule when I come to the coon Rapids area. I was unable to get the recommended work done today because they were running behind. I also have the Costco discount on parts and service. I am aware that there are two other Toyota dealers that participate, but they are just as far away as the familiar to me Carlson Toyota.

Very very thorough with the inspection, Tony came out and explain exactly what was wrong with my Camry and what it possibly would need and what their findings were and talk to us about how much it would cost for repairs and possibly future repairs and his thoughts on whether or not, it was worth fixing it due to the high mileage on the car and how it could possibly add up to as much as getting a new used car.

FYI only (not an issue). I noticed after Nicholas was done with me, that my home number on my account was incorrect so I wanted it fixed. However, the counter girl said she wasn’t allowed to make that change, to ask Nicholas. I did, but he was was already done with me for the day,
so told me to fix it next time. I think it would’ve been above and beyond customer service if someone would’ve been able to fix it while I was there. Other than that- service was perfect!

For routine 5000 mile oil change check-ups, you should tell people 1 hr 15 minutes, not 45 minutes.
