The last time I was in, one of my tires was missing a cap. I specifically asked to have it put on this time and it wasn’t. I realize this is minor. If I can’t trust Carlson to do the basic things, how do I know the rest of the stuff I can’t see is done right?

The service was great. My only complaint the price. I had a coupon but it didn’t account for much. We have another Sienna that is just a couple years older and my husband had the same work done at another place on the same day and was quite a bit lower in price even though I had a coupon and he did not.
