My 50,000 free/final oil change and multi- point inspection was not honored. According to the maintenance contract I had only used 4 of the 5 oil changes- very disappointed in Toyota not honoring the maintenance I previously purchased.

My car has a check engine light now after having to leave the car unexpectedly overnight because the technician didn’t want to complete the work on the day of my appointment. When I called this morning to address the problem, I was given no priority and had to make an appointment for two weeks from now for something to do with the fuel tank, which seems like a safety concern. For a business that prides itself on customer service, this is not at all what I expected.
