I had an 8:45 appointment. I was told it would take about an hour so I waited. After almost an hour and a half, I asked about my vehicle. Found out it hadn’t even been in yet. When a person has an appointment, we have a right to expect that to be honored. This was the second time I had been there and both times this occurred. Our time is also valuable and this is very disrespectful

There was a recall on my passenger-side airbag. I couldn't get an appointment for 6 weeks but the work was done very quickly. The waiting area is very comfortable, and everyone was very accommodating.
