I was told about 3 hours till done...I dropped off at scheduled appointment time of 9:30 am. I told check in person I needed to go to work and would be back around 1pm to pick up. I called first and they said need a little more time. Message received at 2pm ish car is done. I was late to work and I work in the health care field so a coworker had to stay an extra 30 minutes to cover me after her 12 hour shift. That is so not cool.

I bought this car with 3 miles on it. I have performed all of my own maintenance before bringing it to your service dept. Being a mechanic myself that works on customers cars day in day out....details are everything. I'm very unhappy with how my car was returned to me. To be blunt and make a short to the point list...
My door panel was full of oil from someone not cleaning there hands
My splash shield was installed incorrectly to the point it was shoved above the subframe and kinked. Multiple push pin clips that hold the splash shield were replaced with clips that were literally doing nothing to hold up the shield. After noticing this I jacked my car up to inspect it. Here to find trans fluid dripping from the transmission drain plug, the cooler lines, and the subframe itself. Honestly...it's unacceptable. I would love a call from someone.

Thank you for another great experience at Carlson Toyota! It is so easy to check in, I always feel like my car is getting the best care, and everyone who works at Carlson is genuinely friendly, patient, and helpful. Today I particularly had lovely interactions with Brandon, Neil, and a young gentleman who drove me home in the shuttle (unfortunately, I don’t know how to spell his name, but Neil would know who he is since Neil asked him to bring the shuttle around for me).
