The service was good. When I went to get my car, it was locked as it should have been. Someone had gone through the cubby hole. The flashlight, several paper clips (not mine) and several papers were on the floor. I do not know if anything was missing. I had to go to my next appointment.

He took us for a ride to show the headliner was not making a rattling/ rubbing noise after they changed it.
However the sound is back and as bad as before or worse.
I feel it is a Toyota flaw.

Everyone was great and very helpful, from the first person I talked to to the last. I spoke with at least 7 employees and they were all wonderful and helpful. My only complaint is a wish you would have washed my car. I know it seems trivial, but every deal shop I’ve been to washes your car if you get any work done.
