One thing my side mirror on the drivers side was far out from the car and I had to I’ll it back in. It works left to right but I have to manually move it.

I had an awful experience with one employee that made me feel like I was lying about what happened to my vehicle after I had an oil change and tire rotation that wasn’t executed properly. My oil cap wasn’t replaced which created an explosion of oil all over my engine which smelled horrible and my back passenger tire had a nail in it which was not caught during the tire rotation appointment. When I had asked Christian to please cover the costs of my tire plug he repeated tried to make it sound like it was my fault and my tire had been damaged after the appointment and not prior. It didn’t make sense since I had visually seen the psi go down immediately after pickup from the dealership. I was almost brought to tears. This person is rude and disrespectful. I felt victimized all over again after what had happened to my new vehicle which I pay dearly for.

Pissed as hell. Spent $180 for air conditioning repair yesterday Thursday the 9th of May. Its blowing hot air. Why in the hell did I buy a $2000 extended warranty? What a clown show!!
