I was quoted $255 over the phone, I was shocked at the $310 bill!!! The lady answering phone’s, btw she is very nice, And told me I should talk to Matt at the right front desk. He wasn’t there? So I didn’t wait and left. It was nice to have someone wash my Highlander. I changed the transmission fluid, because of the horror stories I read on line that the 8-speed transmission. I also have a 2012 Camry with 170,000 without one single issue and the 2016 RAV4 I sold was perfect too with 136,000. very sad to find about the 8-speed a month after I bought it, Next time I’ll ask for a OTD price. No more surprises. David

Brought my car in and we could go for an oil change and wanted to get an evaluation for brakes and rotors. The recommendation was to replace the rear brake pads and rotors so that’s what I scheduled for Monday the 13th. When I showed up on Monday, they had me scheduled for a tire rotation which was incorrect so I spoke to the team and they scheduled my brakes. I paid for brakes and a tire rotation. I don’t get it were the rotors replaced? Why did I pay for a tire rotation? I just think it could’ve been handled a little better and to pay for something that I didn’t book is not cool.

Communication was good, pricing as quoted & time frame was efficient prior to & during my vehicle’s service. However, after picking up my vehicle & upon arriving home, I noticed that all of my bright green valve stem covers were missing. (My car had been given a wheel alignment.) I immediately called & spoke to the receptionist but service was closed so she had me leave a voicemail about the issue. It has been a week & no one has contacted me about the missing valve stem covers…
