I was charged for the oil change even after I showed Chase the Toyota Service Care prepaid maintenance program agreement. My wait time was exceeding long 2.5 hours. Chase had difficulty writing the invoice. I do not feel is was adequately prepared to be a service advisor. I did call and receive a refund for the oil change.

Riley was amazing and friendly! In the beginning I got a bad vibe from an employee when I went to ask him a question as it was my first time being there. I thought I would never come back but then I met Rylen and he was just amazing! Friendly! Customer service was top tier and I will really only be coming back due to him. He also helped me schedule my next appointment. Rylen if you reading this thank you so much I was already having such a day!

Brandon Wright is an excellent service representative. I couldn't afford all the 60,000 recommended services. He informed me of each service cost. I could afford everything except the new spark plugs with labor [almost 900.00] I will be happy to fill out the survey.

I brought my truck in for an AC line leak in July 2025 and I was told the technician couldn't find one. I brought it in for an oil change and now I'm told they found a leak. So, I was right all along and paid >$300 and an additional three hours of waiting for the privilege.

Came in for a tire rotation, and they cross shredded the threads damage some chase them down with a die, but did not record any of the damage. Other than that. Everything was good.

I dropped my car off at 7:45 am was told 2 hours by the lady that made the appointment. Scott told me if I wait it will take 2 hours if I want a shuttle home it would take 5 hours?? I started calling at 1:55 pm was hung up on multiple times! I got a text from the tech turns out it was done at 9:05 am. When I finally got a shuttle the driver said Scott told her I’ve been waiting since noon, which was a bold lie. When I got there he gave me the key had 3 men help him find the key. The service desk told me I don’t need an oil change until 10,000 miles so why did they change the oil??? I was told by many people to buy a Toyota they are great cars! But the service I received yesterday was unexpectedly awful with your beautiful lighting I expected much better
