I remember Neil from previous visits. He is always pleasant and courteous.

If I have an appointment at 330 I’d like to see my vehicle be serviced before 40 minutes later. Walk in 40 min is fine but try and hold appts

I was told it would be about 2 hours for my appt. After 2 and 1/2, I went to ask him how much longer. It would have been nice if he had taken some initiative and came and talked to me. In total , almost 3 hours. Not what I was expecting

My experience was GREAT. I accidentally made appointment at another dealership and when I arrived and realized what happened Brandon took care of me and got me in.

I was approached and greeted by neil as I was in line with my vehicle at the Carlson Toyota service maintenance department regarded manufacture's recall notification on my 2025 Land Cruiser. After a brief conversation with him including my appointment, he was ready to take in the vehicle. But wait; I’ve had some questions for him before he could move. Many related/unrelated questions to the main service I was there for. Some of them that the customer assistance associates on the floor should have helped provided me with answers at the time of purchase but had failed. Neil was passionate with me and well listened to me. He then answered me as much as he could and stated that he would later try to find out for the rest and get back to me. Yes, he did exactly what he said he would do by providing me the remaining answers one way or the other. Neil was able to assist beyond fixing the initial issues that brought me there, and other things such as providing the answers and some explanation that made me gain knowledge overall about some of my worries. Neil also worked with me on my time management by assisting with oil change and tire rotation even though that was not planned. He accommodated me in accomplishing pretty much everything in one trip, while also able to leave Carlson and got to my next appointment on time. I couldn’t thank him enough, I appreciate his assistance a lot.

Neil was fine. I came in for a tire rotation and serpentine belt. My appointment was at 9:00. I estimated 90 mintues to do the multi point check, the tire rotation, and the serpentine belt. Instead, I did not leave until 11:40. The mechanic did not reset the maintenance reminder and I did not get a new window sticker to remind me of the next oil change in 5,000 miles.

Everything was great, except rims could have been cleaned from all the white left all over them.

I have dealt with Scott several times. He and Brandon really bring great customer service to your dealership. Between the great buying experience with Terry and the service I know we get after. Those are people that keeps us coming back.
