When I called, the service customer service lady quoted me with a discounted price for an oil change for $60. I agree to that price but when I brought my vehicle in, I was not given that price. Why don’t you guys have notes indicating what you guys talked about with your customers? I was not happy with the miscommunication.

There was a total and complete lack of communication on the status of my car, and my representative left for the day before he called me back as he had promised -to let me know when my car was done, and when the shuttle would come, I had to call the dealership multiple times to find out what was going on with my Toyota, and despite the fact that I had an appointment at 8:30 AM in the morning and the work should’ve been done by early afternoon, I did not get it back until 6 PM, after I made multiple call
