Neil was very nice, seems to be an honest guy, he talked through the situation that he saw and options and gave no pressure to decide to fix anything. Unfortunately I had bigger issues the day after getting it back. He called back and said it was all OK, i asked more questions as I dont see anybway a car that has smoke coming out is ok, he looked again and confirmed it was a bigger issue. I'm scraping my car days after getting it fixed and I cant help but wonder if he should have known that it was a bigger issue from the start. I went to the dealership assuming you'd know more than the shop in town but am realizing that's not the case.

Very little communication. No follow through. Did not go through multi point inspection results, which the inspection was not fully done. Went to Neil to get answers. Now have to bring vehicle back to finish the inspection. Very disappointed and not satisfied with my experience. Neil had to find a shuttle driver for me too as I waited over 30 minutes for one. Brandon did nothing.

The cost with limited breakdown for service items was poor. Shop fees, parts, etc should be listed and mechanic hours be item.

Re-calls are nuts...call to make an apt with the service folks and then show up on that day...it was yesterday....they did not have the part on site....this not the first time....Scott tried calling all over but no luck.....maybe next time....he is a good guy...the intake for reservations need to have some method to ensure the parts needed are in stock before calling me in for an apt

This is my second vehicle purchased with you guys. I had my Scion for 10 years and after all the services (years later) I only found out you also had a car wash — meaning my car has now been washed only 2-3 times .. today we brought our grand highlander and didn’t get washed. They beat around the bush when I asked them about it. I had to head back inside to talk to the advisor to note it. I never had this issue at the Benz dealership. My car was always washed. It just honestly makes the service experience a lot better. I know it seems like just a simple thing but makes a huge difference.
