Was encouraged to replace the rear brakes by the tech (Not by Nick, just to clarify) along with everything else. However, once we received the full multi-point report at the end, the brake thickness showed to still be in the green and very well could've been left alone, and saved us about $600 on an already pricey service. All in all, just left us feeling a little led on in that regard.

I was satisfied with Chase ! However when I received my things that need my immediate attention according to the inspection text it was incorrect so I asked Chase if you kept a history of what you do to my truck there, he responded yes and started looking at the history and saw nothing but oil changes. I left and looked at my invoices and saw that yes you did do transfer cases , transmission, brake flush etc. the year before! Do I need to pay more attention to what you do for me through the years? When you make an offer to buy the truck wouldn’t you like to know what you have done for maintenance? Thanks for taking the time to read this!

Please understand that Chase was great at explaining why when I asked what needed to be done with my car, since my wife is taking it to MT tomorrow. When I called all they said was an oil, filter change and tire rotation. Today I find out also 30k fuel, brake and driveline service is needed. This was not Chase’s fault and he did a great job. I am disappointed because I take my car to Carlson Toyota because I trust they will tell me what is needed when and will do the job right and service when needed.
