I had made a visit the week before to have my car serviced. Oil and tire rotation. Upon checkin, I mentioned an unusual engine compartment noise that my wife was hearing from the engine compartment. I was told that I was gonna have to set up a separate appointment, which I did. The appointment was at noon. I showed up yesterday 20 minutes early. And I waited well over two hours. They came back with all is normal. I seriously doubt that the technical analysis and effort put forth took anywhere near that amount of time. Not a great customer experience.

They quoted me $275 for front brakes and turn rotors and $275 for the same for the rear brakes. I almost clicked yes, then they came back and said the whole quote pricing was wrong and that it is actually $500 each.
