Nobody came to tell me what was on the Multipoint Inspection. I can't open those emails on my phone. If someone had come to tell me what was on it, I would have had that work done then. Now I have to make another appointment and waste another day. Service has really gone downhill at Carlson Toyota. I will be buying a new car this year but probably not from Carlson. I've also had a roar in my engine for which I've asked three times to have someone check and they tell me I have to make an appointment. I HAVE!!
