The service was fine, but I asked to make an appointment to get my recall fixed and the service tech did not make that appointment for me. He told me to call back in to Carlson Toyota when I got home. I am physically standing in the middle of all the service techs , and I have to go home to make an appointment. That just seemed really bizarre to me.

The car was jacking and it eventually stalled in the middle of the road on my way home. The car was running well before it was serviced by your mechanics. I even called your office for help. I have a picture of a hose that was left unconnected in the engine. it was really bad to see how unprofessional things were handled.

Brandon Wright was very courteous and kind. Our oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner, even though Carlson Toyota was extremely busy. I had a couple questions and Brandon explained things to me and helped me receive my service contract and keys. He made sure my truck was washed and parked outside. It was recommended that I have the drive line service today for $296. I had that done in January at my 50k service. I was told in January that I should start thinking of replacing my tires next visit. Confirmed today my tires are just fine. Disappointed once again with Carlson Toyota.

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent service experience. While I understand that much of the delay was due to the warranty company, the communication from your team made the situation far more frustrating than it needed to be. There were several instances where I reached out with questions and did not receive a response. Additionally, when calling in, I was routed to a call center that was not on site and never received a call back. At one point, we received more timely updates from the warranty company than from the shop actually handling the vehicle. It also would have been helpful to be notified in advance if the person managing my case was going to be out, especially when we were already waiting on important updates. Even a brief message such as, “I’ll be out tomorrow, but we are still waiting on the warranty,” would have gone a long way. Overall, the lack of communication made an already lengthy process much more difficult. Despite this, the repair brought significant business to your shop, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
