I don’t like that my van was left unlocked in the lot when I came to pick it up. That leads me to think that it was left unlocked and outside all night. Which doesn’t make me feel great or trust that you keep my vehicle secure while in your possession. This wasn’t the first time I have come to pick it up and it was left unlocked.

Kept delaying the time rather than being honest about it. Dropped vehicle off in the morning and waited more than 8 hours for something that was said to be done in 3 hours. Didnt get to eat the whole day since I didn’t plan on waiting that long. Next time be straightforward with the time so we can plan ahead instead of stringing the customer along.
