Scott was fantastic in helping us service our Rav 4 with a climate control issue. We also had over $700 in general service done which was performed to our satisfaction. The video walkthrough identified issues that we did not know of and we were able to get them corrected. The staff was very friendly and professional. We will be returning in the future!

Very helpful, friendly and efficient. My car was in for an oil change, but they found that my brakes needed work & were able to complete the work in the same visit, even gave me a ride home since I was not planning on waiting for the longer job. Years ago I used to take my car here for service, but I stopped due to very bad service and unhelpful and unfriendly staff, so I stopped going there and instead took it to a Toyota dealer off of 394. The service there was do much better and friendlier. However, lately I got tired of driving so far& decided to give the Anoka dealer another try - I am so glad I did. My experience was so different than what it was years ago - very welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. I will be bringing it to your dealership for all my service needs - it was such a wonderful change from my experiences there many years ago! Thanks also to the service manager, he was great! Pat
