I arrived at 5:05 for a 5:15 oil change appointment. There are two lines to get into the shop and as I was waiting in line to be directed inside, another car came up into the other line and was allowed to go in before me. It was another 10 minutes before they came and checked me in and I asked them if that person was going to go before me since I was there first. I was told that mine would be done first, but he left a good half an hour before my car was done, and I heard him talking to the guy checking him in for quite a while about all the things he wanted done so I know it was more than just an oil change. I was there until about 6:45 and I had a young child with me so it was just very frustrating that it took so long, especially with an appointment

I wasn't asked if I have a maintenance plan or if I needed a shuttle back. I had to call a friend for a ride back to work. I was billed for a multi point inspection and oil change even after telling them I had a maintenance plan. The guy didn't seem to have time to talk to me or explain things thoroughly.

Was shown a deal for tires and checked with my regular tire service center, who was still cheaper with labor and full price vs the shop sale of buy 3 tires get 1 free. Also took my truck to the tire shop after i left the toyota service center and was told by the tire company that I dont actually need new tires, and that the "stripping" mentioned by toyota service guy was actually only mostly cosmetic. Felt disappointed i was made to think i needed to buy tires when i didnt.
Also was told contrasting things. Tire guy said I needed an alignment but another worker who checked me out after oil change said my were tires wearing evenly and didnt need alignment yet. Frustrating to be tried to get to buy things i dont need when money is super tight for me right now. I lost some respect and trust with the Toyota Service Center now, and may just bring my truck to another center after this.

I was very frustrated today with the time that it took for my service to be complete and it was almost late to picking my child up from daycare because it took an hour and 45 minutes for me to finally get the keys back to my car. I checked my car in and got there at 2:15 as my appointment was stated. And at 3:40 my keys were still in the hands of the advisor and I had to beg for him to bring me to the cashier so that I can leave to go pick up my child and he proceeded to try to explain to me why my car was not done instead of just helping me get out of the dealership as soon as possible because I was already late to picking up my kid. I only had an oil change done.
