After having service done on Friday 3/27, we drove to Arkansas over the weekend. The A/C would not work and we ended up having to drive with the windows open to keep from roasting. Monday morning I took the car to the local dealership and had to spend $177 to find out the A/C pressure switch had been disconnected. I fully expect to be reimbursed for this charge since it had to have been disconnected during my service work and should have been discovered during the multipoint inspection that was part of my service charge.

My mileage checking in was 56456. Later after leaving the dealership I noticed my mileage was now 54000 something. I am driving over 85 miles most every day and now I am at 55761.

During my previous oil change, the oil filter was overtightened, making it extremely difficult to remove. I will need to bring the vehicle in for servicing. I trust that this issue has not recurred with the most recent service, which I will confirm during my next oil change.
