Keith was excellent. He clearly outlined all of my recommended100k maintenance items and when I told him I wanted to spread out my costs over the next visit he advised on which items he’d do first. His communication was outstanding. He offered to run out and pull my car into the sheltered area during the middle of a torrential down pour. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! I booked an appointment online and was quoted $74.99 for an oil change with registering my vehicle. I was charged $94.28 total and when I asked the cashier lady, she just said "oh, it's for labor here see,.." while pointing at a random line. I asked why it doesn't say not including labor or taxes? She just shrugged. Not sure what's going on. Please clarify what are your costs. Making the extra 10 minute drive to be charge extra, not sure if after the first time here to ever come back. I just left Luther Toyota cause of shifty service advisors/cashiers. It's not the service, it's the customer service.

Is this a joke?! Ryan Townsend said the vehicle would be picked up for the service, since the AC was the one thing that was suppose to be fixed upon purchasing. I kept/keep getting a runaround about an answer a to when this would happen. I got the notification from service that the vehicle was checked in. I asked Craig when it was going to be picked up. It was sitting in my driveway. Day later the appointment notification tool said it's all ready for pick up. Try to get a answer from Ryan. Got nothing other than, I'll have to check on this or that... I couldn't be more unimpressed. Or more dissatisfied

I have had my vehicle checked a couple times on the heat and AC yet it has not been fixed 100%. I wanted to have it looked again but was told I would be charged for the diagnostic. I just left it as is since I did not want to pay again when my vehicle gets checked everytime and that there is no resolve to the issue. Otherwise for most of the other services I had, it went well.
