I chose to stay to have my car serviced. There were unfortunate circumstances that required that my car remain on te rack longer than expected although I was told my car was ready, when it was still on the rack being serviced. I was there from 12-8pm. The shop guy and everyone was apologetic and eventually I asked to be taken home. I was tired and hungry. It took a while to find me a car so I could head home. Despite my long stay and miss communication between the shop and the service desk person everyone was very courteous. It was a long day and and unfortunately my stay was longer than it should have been. Very disappointed ☹️

My vehicle was never pulled into bay for service. After an hour of waiting, the **** excuse start to come out. Your service is very Unacceptable! Just a waste of my time. What is the point making an appointment since your service department will never commit. Hint: this is not the 1st time. Further information need? I can contact at ****-****-xxxx. Very unhappy!!!!

My 50,000 free/final oil change and multi- point inspection was not honored. According to the maintenance contract I had only used 4 of the 5 oil changes- very disappointed in Toyota not honoring the maintenance I previously purchased. Aaron may have looked further into this issue

Even better than the service people, who were good, my salesman remembered me from last November and asked if I had any questions and I had one the service person could not answer and my salesperson knew right away and showed me where the button was. Bassel Nassar is the best salesperson I have ever met.

My car has a check engine light now after having to leave the car unexpectedly overnight because the technician didn’t want to complete the work on the day of my appointment. When I called this morning to address the problem, I was given no priority and had to make an appointment for two weeks from now for something to do with the fuel tank, which seems like a safety concern. For a business that prides itself on customer service, this is not at all what I expected.
