I scheduled an appointment to sign for a new vehicle purchase and confirmed the time with Kelvin a few hours before arriving. When I arrived, a salesperson greeted me and I said I had an appointment with Mouchee or Kelvin. I waited 43 minutes before a manager finally came out to finalize the sale which I had already wired the funds for. After signing and receiving the documents we again had to wait for Mouchee to show us to the vehicle. After purchasing 2 vehicles in less than a month and spending nearly $100k, I expected at least for my time to be respected. The first vehicle I purchased, I had to wait 3 hours. Overall, the experience was frustrating and I felt like after I agreed to buy 2 vehicles and the sale was agreed to, I was regarded as less important than a new customer walking through the door. I will not recommend your dealership to anyone due to the poor customer service. I was very tempted to post a google review while I was sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment, but decided otherwise. Do better if you want repeat customers.
