Brandon provided great care. Explained the oil change package thoroughly that I did buy since it was on sale right now. I just asked that my vehicle not be washed and I went back to my car and it was washed. Otherwise good service, compared to advisors in the past.

I pulled into the service door, and didn’t leave my truck for 12 minutes; I was asked by several people in the meantime if I had been helped, and why I was there. I told everyone that I had an appointment for an oil change, at 1300. The last gentlemen to ask me, after I told him the time for the appointment, made it seem as though I had arrived late.
It took as long to check out with the cashiers desk as it did to have my vehicle serviced, and I didn’t account for that time when I had arrived.
I have no issues with the physical service of my vehicle, but everyone I talked to seemed lost in the sauce, or like they were asking their counterparts a question, and then that person would then pass the task off to someone who didn’t get back to me.
When I received my keys nobody told me where my truck was parked, and as a disabled veteran with back issues, I’d rather not wander the lot looking for it.
