Matt did everything in his power to finish the repairs on my truck and was able to answer all my questions. However I found something in the bill that I saw afters about a rock in my oil pan that I never heard anything about.

This is half (or more) my fault, but before when I would take a car for service, I would receive a call with the recommendations. I just realized after I got home and actually looked at the paperwork I was given, that there were some recommendations for work to be done. I always leave the car and pick it up once I am done with work, since I work next door to you guys. For me, and if it’s possible to request for it to be like that now on, I would appreciate a call with the recommendations so if possible that work can be completed at the same time. Thank you

No issues with Rylen, he was very helpful. I wish however I was told about how the Toyota care process works several weeks ago when I had my rav4 in for a leaking seal that was replaced under warranty. They could have rotated my tires then if the service writer looked at the miles on the vehicle and mentioned that service was due.

I don’t know how anyone would be entirely satisfied when you take your car in for what you thought would be a couple of hours and it turns out to be a month and a half. But I know that’s not on you guys specifically. Given the circumstances, things were fine.
I’m still trying to find out if you fixed the valve cover gasket? It says something about it on the invoice I got but I don’t know if it was or wasn’t done. No one talked to me about it.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I had my Toyota Sienna serviced at Carlson Toyota with Nick Skogman as my service advisor, and the experience was so unbelievably good that I felt morally obligated to leave a review. As someone who understands how difficult it is to consistently deliver top-tier customer service in the automotive industry, I was absolutely blown away.
From the second I pulled into the drive, Nick was on top of everything. The entire process felt smooth, organized, professional, and honestly borderline luxurious. Communication was flawless. Every question was answered before I even had to ask it. Updates were timely, detailed, and actually understandable instead of the usual confusing service jargon.
The Sienna came back cleaner than when I bought it, drove perfectly, and somehow felt newer leaving than it did arriving. Attention to detail was absolutely insane. You can tell Nick genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in making sure things are done right.
What impressed me most was how effortless he made everything feel. No pressure, no confusion, no waiting around wondering what was happening with my vehicle. Just professionalism from start to finish. In an industry where great service can sometimes feel rare, this experience reminded me exactly what a dealership SHOULD be.
I’ve serviced vehicles all over the place over the years, and this was hands down one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Nick Skogman absolutely knocked it out of the park, and Carlson Toyota is lucky to have him.
