My license plate was bent, presumably in the car wash. I expressed my concern about a nail in my tire and asked them to look at it. It was ignored and the car had to go back in the shop.

I really can’t understand why you take out the air filter and then ask to put in a new one with the price of installation included? Lower the price of the air filter because you already took it out. Why would I get charged to put in a new one when you have to put mine back in? Charge me for a new one and installation and maybe I’ll buy it next time.

Sarah texted me while I was waiting to get my tires rotated, asking if I would like a quote to trade it in. I traded in my 2008 Highlander to you last year and got this 2020. I was annoyed. I did find Sarah and tell her I thought it was strange. When I got in my car, my seat was moved back (not the biggest deal). My radio station was changed and my air conditioner was on the coolest setting cranking out cold air. I had to park it in your lot and fix it all back to be able to drive without fiddling with my car. I have never had this happen anywhere I have taken my car. I was going to come in and talk to someone but I left instead.
