Kept delaying the time rather than being honest about it. Dropped vehicle off in the morning and waited more than 8 hours for something that was said to be done in 3 hours. Didnt get to eat the whole day since I didn’t plan on waiting that long. Next time be straightforward with the time so we can plan ahead instead of stringing the customer along.

Scott was fantastic in helping us service our Rav 4 with a climate control issue. We also had over $700 in general service done which was performed to our satisfaction.
