Ricky did a great job of acknowledging and explaining the trunk light issue with my car, and the under shroud issue beneath the car. While I don’t hold him responsible for the plastic shroud deformation under my car, I do hold Toyota responsible. That shroud should not be deformed and hanging down under my car. Especially a sport edition. It looks hillbilly. It takes away from the look of the car. Aside from that, Ricky Vargas did an excellent job. Toyota needs to look into the plastic shields under their vehicles.

I know things were out of Trevor’s control when the WiFi stopped working and therefore could not complete the updates. So I do not blame him. It was just frustrating as a busy young mom of 2 who then had to scramble to find an extra car seat for my kids and change plans around for pick up as I came from 30+ minutes away in Middlebury.
