$19.95 for a tire rotation is ridiculous…I bought the tires less than a year ago from Heart City. All other tire stores in the area maintain tires for free as long as you buy the tires from them. I’m moving my business to Monteith on Cassopolis and I might purchase my next Toyota from a dealer out of the area. The current group of employees at Heart City aren’t very friendly. I’ve been a loyal customer for approximately 20 years but I’m shopping for something better…

I arrived to have an oil change and alignment. During service they proceeded to break parts on my car that they could not replace right away causing my vehicle to not be drivable. I was told my vehicle would be fixed on Saturday, it is now the following Monday and have not been contacted yet. I was also told it would cost me an additional 600$ for repairs when I had no input on them proceeding when they encounter issues before they broke it.
