They found out something was problematic with the brakes during the 9/21 visit. However the brakes were inspected on 9/5 as well. I ABSOLUTE APPRECIATE THAT IT DID NOT COST ME ANYTHING AND THEY DROPPED OFF AND PICKED ME UP LATER. However, the issue remains that why wasn't the problem detected the first time?

I had a long wait. I know sometimes things get backed up. But then make it right with the customer. Take 10% off their bill for example. Or give them a voucher for a free car wash.

When I got back into my car the passenger seat was reclined all the way back and seat warmers were on. If you’re going to take a nap in my car while it gets “serviced” please put the chair back up and leave it the way you found it!

The service is excellent at Heart City and it is why I have made Heart City my local dealer. However, I was surprised at the price of yesterday’s oil change - coming in at $100.00. That is $20 more than what I paid in May at my last oil change and significantly more than an oil change two years ago. So although I love the service, I will price around before my next oil change.
