Long wait, no resolution on our tire that keeps going flat, originally tried to charge for a missing lugnut when your the only ones that have rotated our tires, then a extra charge on top of the coupon for a oil change. Amber for the 2nd time with us seemed very short and rude. Not sure we will be back.

Only issue was the lug nut security key was left over by the driver seat and bag was on the passenger seat. We actually turned around to ask about it, but found it when we parked in your lot and driver got out of car
