The service was fast and everyone was very polite, but there were a couple of things that were missed. The sticker on the windshield wasn’t replaced, and the glove box damper wasn’t reattached. They’re small things for sure, but it makes me wonder if anything else was missed.

The oil change maintenance was not performed as asked. Of the recall issues the fuel line was not remedied because you didn’t have the part and had to be ordered and couldn’t have been done anyway as I was not told ahead of time that there couldn’t be more than 1/4 tank of fuel. Then when I left they had parked my truck under the parking lot light where there were 6 bird droppings on the hood, frustrating having just washed it the evening before my appointment and it is garaged. Not a great first experience for me with Heart City service.
