I was miss lead lied to I was told my truck would be done in 3 weeks it was 5 weeks before I got my truck back when I did the tire light is still on there's rubber bumpers missing under the hood the passenger fender wasn't fized I was just really unhappy with the hole deal I took my truck there because my dad took his truck there and was happy I will never take anything this shop again I look forward to talking to someone please call me ****-****-xxxx thanks Ron

Service was fine. I did however notice that after a tire rotation that there was some unusual wear on the tires. Service told me after I addressed the issue with them, that it was an alignment issue and for a certain dollar amout the could fix it. If I wouldn't have looked my truck over. I wouldnt have been notified. This is where I have the problem. It is a known fact that the 2022 tundra trd pro has alignment issues. Although Toyota has not accepted responsibility for this issue. Your service should still point out the problem.. I've had this truck service twice within 15k miles with nothing being acknowledged.

$19.95 for a tire rotation is ridiculous…I bought the tires less than a year ago from Heart City. All other tire stores in the area maintain tires for free as long as you buy the tires from them. I’m moving my business to Monteith on Cassopolis and I might purchase my next Toyota from a dealer out of the area. The current group of employees at Heart City aren’t very friendly. I’ve been a loyal customer for approximately 20 years but I’m shopping for something better…
