Well I was a little surprised at the cost to change oil and a filter. I thought it was somewhat absorbent. I do like the service and I do like that it has been done at the same place but really for 6 quarts of oil and a filter $180. Plus you're starting to push your boundary so what I can afford which will make me look elsewhere. Thank you, Keith M

Tires were not rotated or the air pressure adjusted. My front driver tire has been losing air and when I left Toyota it was still at 30psi while the others were 35. If they had been rotated without the air pressure adjusted, it would be a different tire that was low on air not the same.

I bought some nice tire valve caps because one was missing. I use one to put it on the one missing and today after picking up my car from service the only tire valve cap that was missing was the nice one. I know that it was there because I checked the car before dropping it. I had a whole set but and I was going to replace the other ones whenever I lost one, but now I need to replace the only nice one I had. It makes me think that if something that small is missing then I can’t leave nothing because it will disappear. More than the material thing is the act.
