I responded to the questionnaire… But I think the connection was lost. My service today was pretty good, Trevor was kind and pleasant. The gentleman that took my payment was courteous. I was displeased with the service person that changed the cabin filter. I discovered greasy hand/footprints on my light colored interior. (glove box, the step plate inside the passenger door, and armrest.
