Very satisfied with Ricky, good communication about service that was needed, service performed in a timely manner.
I was not happy that my invoice price was considerably higher than the quote when I approved the service. Ricky is reviewing this to see why this happened. The estimate was $178, the invoice was $233.

Service was fine. I did however notice that after a tire rotation that there was some unusual wear on the tires. Service told me after I addressed the issue with them, that it was an alignment issue and for a certain dollar amout the could fix it. If I wouldn't have looked my truck over. I wouldnt have been notified. This is where I have the problem. It is a known fact that the 2022 tundra trd pro has alignment issues. Although Toyota has not accepted responsibility for this issue. Your service should still point out the problem.. I've had this truck service twice within 15k miles with nothing being acknowledged.
