I was not informed in advance of the two diagnostic costs performed. I agreed to a multipoint inspection but knew nothing about costs beyond that. Had I known, I would have declined the steering and front suspension diagnostic. I think the law is to inform the customer of costs before doing the work. I understand these services should not be done for free but I should have the option to choose which get done with understanding of the cost. Nicole was pleasant on the phone. I'm certain your techs are competent. However, my satisfaction with the experience is not good because of the charge for the steering diagnostic.

Do you still put the reminder stickers in the drivers side windshield at the top? The last two services that my car had , including this recent service there has been no sticker reminders put on the windshield.
