I know things were out of Trevor’s control when the WiFi stopped working and therefore could not complete the updates. So I do not blame him. It was just frustrating as a busy young mom of 2 who then had to scramble to find an extra car seat for my kids and change plans around for pick up as I came from 30+ minutes away in Middlebury. All things out of Trevor’s control, so again I do not blame him. But it was difficult for me to rearrange things for the delayed pick up.

Amber was very good at what she did.
The technician that did the work missed a few things, was missing a valve stem cap, not all of the items were returned to the glove box after changing the cabin filter and some settings were changed on the information display that I needed help identifying.

I did not receive the full cost of repairs prior to completion. Only listed the amount of what the part was. When speaking to the manager, he was dismissive and very vague about charges. I will not be returning to this location for repairs in the future. I’ve taken my car to the south bend location and it’s always been pleasant and they were always honest up front prior to work being completed.

Rick and the service team did a great job of keeping me informed and got me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Which, I greatly appreciate. However, I’m somewhat confused and frustrated with the email coupons I receive. I received three different emails and three separate days offering the same services at different prices. Then when I go to use one. I learned it only covers a portion of the actual transaction and you can only use one per visit. So, you have to weed through three emails to try to find the best deal. The whole thing is very confusing and very misleading.
