Amber and Bernie lied to me. She stated that she repeatedly sent me messages that my car was done, which SHE DID NOT and I can prove with phone records, where’s her proof??? She has none because she LIED! Then they both said that they told my son it was done, ANOTHER LIE!! He spoke to Bernie, who is as incompetent as Amber, on FRIDAY and Bernie told him he needed to fix rotors and it SHOULD be done by Monday! NO WORD FROM AMBER OR BERNIE SINCE FRIDAY! Your dealerships service department cost me money because they are too incompetent to do their job properly! Your service department is as incompetent as Jordan’s Toyota!! I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to this dealership and you can Thank Amber and Bernie . I will also be going to social media! Already left my review on Google!

Heart City Service department has always been faithful in their assessment of work needed and not needed. I spent a career working with a major automotive system supplier as an engineer, having responsibility for warranty on those systems so diving into dealer claims and discovering the rampant fraud and abuse has caused me never to trust a dealership with my vehicles for most of my life.
