I dropped my car off at 10am, didn’t get any communication the entire day that wasn’t initiated by me. By the end of the second day I still hadn’t gotten a detailed description and cost for what needed to be done. Over the phone he said around $1000, then said $850 plus tax and then finally $750 plus tax. I felt like I wasn’t get a straight answer and felt it was odd the price could change so much. I ended up picking up my car without having Raceway do the work and got stuck with a $130 bill to get my keys back. Still not working. I have found another mechanic who is treating me fairly and was considerably less; especially considering I had already been fleeced out of $130 at your dealership. I was a first time customer, completely underwhelmed by the experience and will not be back.

Came in for a service indicator reset. Apparently it wasn't reset at my last service at Raceway. Might have been annoyed to have to come back to reset it but since I needed a recall steering wheel bolt installed, turned out to be no trouble after all. I loved the in and out in 15-20 minutes.

Paid for the works oil change that included tire rotation. Tires were not rotated, had to tell them go back and rotate them that is what I paid for!!!

Extremely fast service! They did forget to put back an engine cover retainer for the rear engine cover. But I'm pretty sure it won't come off until I get a new one. Little plastic push in retainer it looks like.
