2 1/2 hours for an all change seems a little excessive. Especially when I had an appointment at 9 o’clock that I was on time for. I understand there were some new people working at the counter when I originally came in. There was some debate whether or not the wiper blades I asked to be replaced were covered under warranty. When I informed that person that they were I was told that it’s a wear item and they are not. Well needless to say they were covered under warranty since the unit had only been purchased 90 days ago and was well within the one-year 12,000 mile warranty for those parts. This was my first service experience with Raceway Ford. I’m not sure if it was my last. All I can say is I wasn’t that impressed. I even had to mention to the service manager that I was concerned they were not using a torque wrench to properly torque the lug nuts on the wheels once the tire rotation was complete as I watched it on the video. My feelings are I shouldn’t have to second-guess professionals doing their job at a franchise dealer location. Better faster and more professional is what I’m after especially after the investment I made in that vehicle. The premium paid for that vehicle should be reflected in this service and attention to detail at your dealership.

Lack of manners; did not greet us when we came in. Lack of professional when dealing with customers, very disappointed and not coming back. Did not showed interest in helping. One simple tip I can give is be humble.

Came in for tire pressure sensor fault msg. You checked all tires, reset the sensor. Tonight it’s back on. Problem is not fixed by resetting the code. I would like it fixed so it doesn’t keep appearing. When he tried to explain it he was referencing low tire pressure light. I told him that wasn’t the problem but he really had no answer except that it’s off. I could pull the fuse and it will be off too. But it doesn’t fix the problem. So here I am 12 hours later with the same issue.
