I had a ceramic detail and an alarm system installed. The alarm installation was apparently not system wise throughly checked out. I was in the process of backing out of the stall to leave the dealership and the transmission always locked in park and not release. This necessitating the alarm tech to recheck the system and I was eventually able to leave. Not a great way to deal with a customer of a newly purchased vehicle Not much follwup on the service by someone??

I was very surprised that my wires in my Maverick were chewed by rats? I checked all the wires I could see, made sure they were tight but didn’t think to feel underneath the wires where the rat chewed! I’ve lived here 29 years & never had this happen. My 2011 Honda Crosstour has the wires covered with metal, plastic & co-ax tubes protecting all the wires. Your electrical mechanic covered all my wires with wrapping & co-ax tubes making it much safer for me and I really appreciate your expertise! Thank You. I also bought spray deterrent & traps, I have to protect my Winnebago Vista motor home w the big Ford V-10 engine. Again Thank You
