This was my first visit to Raceway Ford and Stewart provided excellent service. He did a great job at providing clear and concise updates as work progressed. Unrelated to Stewart’s service, there was something I still don’t understand, and maybe can be clarified further. How if a module was replaced under warranty and the truck has premiumcare esp I had to pay out of pocket to configure said module? Small fee (for something another dealership couldn’t figure out; so kudos to your team!), but it doesn’t make sense. Also something I wasn’t aware of was that Raceway Ford’s service department doesn’t wash vehicles when they are delivered. Granted the truck wasn’t clean when I dropped it off, but leaving the dealership in a dirty truck was a first and felt a bit odd. I’m new to Riverside and glad to have your team as my local dealer/ service center. Thank you, Vlad

My sticker was not put on my windshield properly and it came off, I don’t know when I’m suppose to get my next oil change. I wish there was a way a car could be vacuumed after service. That’s all ????

Even though it was expensive I'm glad they were able to fix the problems. Stewart Tan was very knowledgeable during the whole process and kept me informed about the progress of the work being done. He was always available and returned phone calls in a timely manner
