When my husband got back home , he realized that the vehicle was not reseted for the next oil change. He called back and was told to go back . My husband refused to go because of the distance so finally they gave instructions over the phone of how to reset it. Took way too long to get my car fixed when they said it would only be half a days work! And then didn’t call me by the end of the day until I called in to ask if my car was done. They would have just kept it over night if I didn’t call. I could have gotten a rental/ loaner car but no I was out of my car for a whole day and a half from when I dropped it off!! And my tank was half way full when I dropped it off to get worked on and when I picked it up it was at a quarter tank!!!!! Definitely not ever coming back to raceway ford for both my fords! I will be taking my business to a different ford!!

Thomas did a great job for us, even though we didn’t have an appointment. I know we should have made an appointment, but since it was my day off I really wanted to take care of it today. I have to say, the free car wash was an extra bonus, even though it wasn’t the best job. Of course Thomas didn’t have anything to do with that.
