Really unhappy with 2 things with my experience today at Quick Lane today. 1st they didn't top off my fluids.. When I asked to do so. 2nd my rear caps were not put on correctly on my rims, if I wouldn't have checked. I would have lost them on my way home ..that's the second time that has happened..good thing I checked them..other than that service was good really nice and polite. The waiting time was long but that's nothing new.. i think it can be quicker.

When I received my van back from getting its first oil change, it smelled like old oil. A drove home and the smell seemed to get stronger. I decided to check under the hood to see if I could see anything, and the guy that did my service forgot to put the oil cap back on the fill for the oil. Oil has splashed all over the engine compartment of my van. Please give me a call back regarding this situation. I do have pictures. James H
