Alan did his best to accommodate me. My check engine light came on Sunday night on my way home from work. I had my truck 8 months and already having issues. I dropped it off to get looked at Monday morning as I was on my way to work. He told me I was gonna get a call in a couple hours. Still no call after 4 hours. I called and asked what wrong with my truck? I was told that it's going to take 3hrs for them to fix a recall for my doors? They still haven't checked my check engine light yet. I was mad after that. No one didn't call me to let me know. I made a comment that I needed a phone call to let my boss know I'm not coming into work. I picked up my truck the next day after paying $245. On my way to work my transmission started messing up and was told there is not openings for that department for a week due to being backed up.
